Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of the delivery of your order.

Conditions.

All items must be unworn and in perfect, re-sellable condition.
This means:
- All items must not have their labels removed. (If applicable) 
- All items must not have been washed, damaged, or altered.
- All items must not have any makeup, smells, or other stains.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is worn, damaged or used in any way.

Return Shipping Costs.
We do not provide free return labels.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s). We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund
After we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return conditions. If everything is in order, the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method within 20 business days.

How to Return
Please contact us at return@hellevated.com to request a return. Please provide us with a reason for return and the details of your order. You will then receive further instructions on how to return the item.

What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?
We are very sorry if you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item. If this is the case, please contact us at support@hellevated.com and we will solve this as quickly as possible.

Replacing an item.
The fastest way to replace an item you are returning, is to order the item again in the correct size.
Let us know if this is not possible and we will look to find a solution.

Right of withdrawal applies according to EU law.
